The FiberThane 8"W x 40"H Plain Newel Post is a structural fiberglass post designed to anchor and support FiberThane 700 Series balustrade railing systems. Its clean, smooth profile works equally well for contemporary and traditional architecture, and accommodates both level and stair rail applications. Crafted from strong, durable fiberglass, this post will not crack, warp, rot, or deteriorate — making it ideal for exterior porches, decks, and staircases. Arriving factory primed, it accepts any exterior paint or finish. Cap, trim base, and installation kits are available separately to complete the look.
